Presumably on the premise if you can`t beat them join them N.A.T.S. have bought out a tracking website which initially is for IOS 9 or above operating systems. Having tried on my I Pad it is impressive and sits you at a terminal at Swanwick or Prestwick,if you fancy a peek go to :-

Remember it is for I phones or I Pads at this point in time but at least it is free!

Airspace Explorer is a flight tracking and airspace education app that works on Apple iPads. It has been developed by NATS in partnership with FlightAware (a flight data provider) and AirTeamImages (an aircraft photo provider).
Unfortunately the web page that invites me to "Sign up" doesn't have anywhere I can do so!
