Title: Apple compatible software
Post by: phothersall on October 22, 2018, 07:54:26 AM
Is there any ADS-B logging software for Mac?.

Currently have a windows set up and while it works, but it comes to a stop when a windows update is installed, so I have to manually restart it. My understanding is that updates can't be turned off in windows 10 like earlier versions of windows. Since it's a fairly modern pc, I tried to put windows 7 on it, but wasn't easy, so left it as is.

A friend is thinking of selling a second hand Mac mini, so I would use this to replace the windows machine. I have another Mac mini with my weather station etc attached and no problems there. One feature I like about it is after a power outage, it will automatically power up, which again the windows machine I have to do it manually.

Welcome.

What software do you want to use?  Do you have a Mode-S receiver?
