Title: Introduction
Post by: kingair on June 17, 2012, 10:21:43 AM
Hi Everyone,

My real name is Steve and I've been an aviation enthusiast since I was a child, mainly because my father was a flying instructor during WW2, and became chief flying instructor until his death at Coventry Aeroplane Club many years ago. I am also an avid Flight simmer! I have several airband radios, and have recently I've become more interested in virtual radar, trying out Planefinder & Flightradar24. I've also tried out Albert Steiner's radar3D on Google Earth, which I can't get to work. My main reason for joining is, with virtual radar I really haven't a clue. I obviously have many questions, but I assume this is not the place to post them. I'll find the appropriate place(s) on the forum.

Bye for now

Steve

Welcome Steve.

You'll find some useful Guides you can download, maybe starting with What's Radarspotting (http://radarspotting.com/forum/index.php?action=tpmod;dl=item92).

Any questions please ask.
