Looks interesting with lower noise, probably better heat dissipation and not stupid money.
Is it worth a try?

Welcome.

From what I can see it will need it's own power supply and an adapter to connect an ADS-B antenna to its F-type connector.

Not sure what advantages it offers over, say, a FlightAware Pro Stick?
