Anyone wishing to decode pager messages will find POC32 very useful. http://www.baycom.de/download/poc32/
If you have problems with the 216 version, drop down to the 215 version.  You shouldn't have any problems decoding signals from your sbs, use the same settings as your acarsd volume levels. I've deliberately not shown any info that may identify a person or location.
