SBS1 + Network card stopped working

Hi Anmer

I thought the network add on modeule was the ethernet port and the ribbon cable, yes you had to remove that sticker. The Ethernet module is only stuck on with tape and always wiggles about when you plug in/unplug an ethernet cable.

I have mostly tested with the ribbon cable removed. My 'before' photo shows the cable attached with the red part of the ribbon cable in port one bank of the 16 of pins.(not the more obvious 8 pin bank)

Retested with few PSU's just now, after putting the toggle switch back in powered mode, not even a flicker from the LED's

Also, I just recalled having to look up the serial number to determine if it was 5 volt or 12 volts before seeking a PSU, mine obviously was the 12v version as its that which was powering it for many years with zero issues.

Thanks.  My memory isn't as good as I thought it was and now, with help from a number of members, including yourself, I can recall the module being attached with the double-sided tape.
