From what I can work out, the aircraft involved could have been C182, G-ENEA, hex 406425.

FR24 has it MLAT tracked but not showing the registration or hex code.

This morning it's showing the same aircraft flying due south, again MLAT and no registration.

But it's now within range of my receivers and my guess it's the aircraft shown above.

I wonder why the operator wants the aircraft "blocked" on the tracking websites?  AirNav's RadarBox24 has it blocked too.

Hi Mike. On Saturday Evening G-ENEA was banner towing around Coventry and Warwickshire, Celebrating Coventry City being First Division Champions. I picked it up on my Basestation and photographed it over the house but it wasn't tracking. Regards Keith.

The aircraft has Mode-S but not ADS-B.

But using a combination of FR24's MLAT and my BaseStation, I was able to identify the aircraft.

FR24's playback shows it over Coventry on Saturday evening at bthe time you saw it on your BaseStation..
