Hi!

Simple question: can I use a Puck with a RPi? I find no need to use a Windows PC to use a Puck with...PlanePlotter only, since all Tracking websites (RB24,FA,FR24,ADSBExchange) moved to RPi devices.

I remember Planefinder used to send Pucks with BeagleBoneBlack devices, similar to RPis, and they worked fine.

Any assistance will be appreciated since now I have two Pucks doing nothing

Good question.

The 1090 Puck is a receiver tuned to 1090 MHz.  I'm guessing it might be able to provide decoded data for suitable apps running on the RPi, such as ModeSMixer?

I can't test this but maybe someone has achieved this with a Puck or SBS receiver?
