Tried to download RemotePC but it keeps asking for a credit card number and to sign up for an account, I do not give a card number to anything on line.

If it is free why do they need a card number.

There's a free trial period but, like many "offers", they request a credit card so they can charge you after the free trial period is finished and you don't cancel.

I had a free trial and then paid $3.95 for the 1st year.  I also had another trial with a different email address and they're forever offering me cheap deals to sign up.

I doublt they never charge the full proce for many customers.

None of the totally "free" options are as reliable, such as Google's Remote Support option.

Hi Anmar.

Registered with RemotePC and just tried to download SBS again and turned off Firewall before hand.

It worked so SBS is now up and running Thanks.
