Mysterious Hex Code 3F7667

Gentlemen,

since months, i'm observing the hex code 3F7667, which is seen over and over again.
There are  often two or three targets at the same time.
Basically it should be a German Air Force Hex and the type is always a EF2000, but on some unusal positions (over Austria, Switzerland, Hungary) and altitudes (FL380, FL400).
It sends flightnumbers of QTR, BAW, ETH and of other airlines, there is no reg. in my database.

Any suggestions?
