Widows update - Failed to create empty document

I've got an early start tomorrow so not much time to look in to it tonight, but after a Windows update when I try to run PP I'm getting the error mentioned in the title.

Any suggestions on what to do welcome. ppregfix didn't help.

Hi Keef,

From memory this means that PP cannot connect to the internet. Maybe a firewall issue after the Win upgrade?

In addition to previous - it seems it's a wider issue and not related to an upgrade.

I am getting the same error this morning!

Just back in and all is working normally again :-)
