A basestation and a FD error that I assume are related

My SBS1 works fine as does the base station software except for the following error which Im sure is a file located in the wrong spot.

When clicking on the Aircraft to bring up the details boxI get this message
The system can not locate the rescource specified error proccessing recources file://c/program files/kinetic/basestation/Us...

And running flight display in autopopulate I get the following

unhandled exception error
access to path\kinetic\basestation\!userdata\fd7dat is denied

manual clicking for FD updates display

Any ideas

What version of Windows are you running and did you read the Readme.txt file in the FD download Zip?

windows 7 and no

Maybe start there.  Uninstall FD via Control Panel and install as per the Readme.txt, making sure you're using the 32 or 64 bit FD version as appropriate.
