vrclivetraffic ADS-B data

Hello , who used this program vrclivetraffic , it transfers data from FlightRadar24 and ADSBExchange , flight plans from FlightAware and meteorological data from NOAA , to any other server-configurable clients of air display like VRC , Euroscope , Vatsys .

Installing
Download the latest release and unzip to a directory of your choice.
2. Install Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable.
3. Configure values to your liking as described in Configuration.
For VRC: Open or create myservers.txt in Documents/VRC.
5.    Add the following entry:
6.   127.0.0.1 LIVE TRAFFIC
For Euroscope: Open or create myipaddr.txt in Documents/EuroScope.
Add the following entry:
127.0.0.1 LIVE-TRAFFIC
7.   Start livetraffic.exe

I could not connect with vatsys , I honestly do not understand the instructions
Connect . Please if you can, if you can lay out detailed instructions on how to connect .
