I've had pp set up and running for years but over the weekend my old laptop finally died. Rather than buying a new laptop I've got a Microsoft surface laying around so I've reinstalled my sbs1 and PP onto this. But I'm coming up against a problem, it's been years since I've had to set up Pp and I'm completely lost.

It's all installed and I've set it up as I think and I do have planes all across the UK showing but none of my share seem to be showing. I'm positive I've set up port forwarding and everything in Input/Output seem ticked.

If I try the test networking, check sharing status it says I'm a master user but raw data approved "No".
Sorry for a long post but I'm slightly confused on what else I can try. I remember you did have to request a sharing code or something maybe but it's been so long since I've needed to set it up again.
I hope someone can point me to what I'm possibly doing wrong and many thanks

I'm not a regular PP user (they "beat" me up once too many).

I suspect you may have to request a new sharer ID.  Give that a try.

Thanks Tim.

What's the "PP list" and do you know how it was resolved?

Mike,

The PP group on io:

Without being rude to the OP, I think it was a problem between chair and keyboard. Incorrect setting in one of the set-up dialog boxes ;D

Haha it was indeed a brain problem, thankfully it's all working fine now. After going round in circles it had appeared I had misplaced a . Instead of a :

I got there in the end, just very slowly hahaha
