Importing Bulk Data to the Basestation.sqb

A forum member asked for help importing selective data from an Excel file into a Basestation.sqb.

Another member, Faramir offered to help and has developed a small app callled SQBMerge.

SQBMerge imports and merges data from a comma-delimited csv file into a Basestation.sqb.  The primary record is a hex code which SQBMerge will validate for format and allocation against a copy of the Countries.dat file.

I have tested SQBMerge and it has been successfully used by the member who asked for help.

Faramir has kindly "donated" SQBMerge to the forum for use by other members.

At this time only four data fields can be imprted:

• Hex Code
• Registration
• Type
• OperatorFlagCode

However, Faramir is open to suggestions for extending the data to be imported.
