Not sure there is any worthwhile support. But need to check what downloads there are.

The latest database, the drivers and the RadarBox software (4.03) were all available without being a member.

You should be able to get the latest version of the software.  If not, I have a copy.

If you have Win Vista or 7, don't accept default folder locations.

I have an AirNav folder off the C: root.
