New Install on Windows 10

 I have had to purchase a rebuild windows 10 because my old xp unit is deceased.A transfer of my files was done ,i am trying to reinstall my SBS1 i can get a screen which receives the signal but the screen set up is void of registration details and operator flags also the radar screen only shows 1 aircraft even when i request show all aircraft.I have never done a re -install so all new to me,i only change operator flags !
Any help or advice gratefully received

Have you reinstalled Basestation or copied the files from the old XP PC?

If you copied the files, in what folder/directory have you put them?

The file shows C;/Program files x86 kinetic/Basestation,I have been trying to sort  this problem for a while.

Hi Chimney1

Make your own file in C/ drive and call it basestation or whatever you want.

So Local disk C/ Basestation and download the basestation files to there and then you should be ok.

Get rid of the path you have got.

Can I take it you didn't do a reinstall of Basestation?

What was the folder/directory path of Basestation on the XP machine?

No i did not do a reinstall of Basestation on the new Windows10 unit .The file used was Kinetic/Basestation.
At this time i am not too bothered about the old historical files i would be happier with a new install of my sbs1 set up and download of S92 Drivers SQB  Regards

I can do a remote session with you and get this working if you prefer?  Easier than trying to type it all on here!

Sorry the old XP was deemed scrap by my computer people who disposed of it.
A remote session sounds the best option,thank you for the offer.Had a try after Ospreys advice but no joy

Hi, not sure how to get a new thread or to enter an existing one apologies.
Have installed kinetic file from the archive, installed as normal, start program, indication that a Ftdxx.dll file is missing.
Tried using the uploaded and the file seems to be blocked.
Using windows11 system.
Any help would be appreciated.

Well you've succesfully entred an existing topic. 

To start a new topic you navigate to the appropriate topic board and select "New Topic", see below.

How do you know the file is blocked?  Is it the .dll?
