Waypoint Files /Outline /approach tracks Downloads

I have had a new install done by Mike super pleased!
I have been using waypoint and approach tracks etc from a CD produced by MLS in the late 2000s in Radio user Mag .I am unable to download these files to my new  Windows 10 set up.I keep looking at out files etc but is all above me!Is there any way i can download these type of files   Chimney1

The original .out files should work OK if they're in the Outlines folder and are set to display.

Hi Mike i am still unable to download Waypoint on my set up. I have downloaded a file called Basestation Manager but unable to get to open.Any chance you could guide or remote to try and help  me out Chimney1
