i'm getting runtime error 216 at 00404536 anyone know how to solve this

There could be different reasons for getting an error.

When do you see it?  When you launch BaseStation or after it's been running a while?  Can you post a screen capture of the message?

How may files do you have in your OperatorFlags folder?

If that is 9468 operator flags in your file you most definitely have to clear some out.
This is probably the cause of your problem.

I agree with Rik, that many files could be the cause.

A quick test.

Rename the OperatorFlags folder to "OperatorFlagsOld"

In the same directory. create a new, empty OperatorFlags folder.

Launch Basestation and see if the error recurs?
