I am looking to resolve an issue that I have.
When using a Kinetics SBS-3 and Kinetics Basestation software using the "Network" configuration I was able to pickup and display Wizz Air Malta A321 aircraft in the 9H-WNx sequence of registrations.
I have now decided to use my Raspberry Pi with Flightaware and ModeSMixer2 installed again using the network method.
I have added the line in the ModeSmixer2 control file as per below.

ExecStart=usr/local/bin/modesmixer2 --inConnect localhost:30005 --inConnect localhost:30105 --outServer sbs10001:10001

which I beleive is the correct format to feed the Basestation software.

Still using the network method in the BaseStation software with the address pointing to the Raspberry Pi and the port of 10001.

I receive and display in the Aircraft List and Map aircraft but the Wizz Air Malta A321 aircraft in the 9H-WNx are missing.

I also use VRS (Virtual Radar Server) and PlanePlotter and the Wizz Air Malta A321 aircraft show in these programs.

The setings I use for VRS is a merged feed of the Raspberry Pi

192.168.xx.yyy:30005 and 192.168.xx.yyy:30105

Planeplotter I have set to Mode S Receiver of RTL Dongle RPi dump 1090/dump 1090-fa mode ac

RPi TCP/IP server IP addr: Port   to   192.168.xx.yyy:30005

I have not changed any settings in Basestation software, so could anyone enlighten me on why these Wizz Air Malta aircraft are not showing.

I think you need to add the:

--filter-nocountry

to your MSM2 BAT file.
