Operator Flag Workflow Guide

A while back Anmer (Mike) asked me if I could put together a guide on how I make my operator flags. Initially I put together a step by step guide with text and screenshots but this was a bit cumbersome. So I decided to make a short video and post it to YouTube. It was the 1st time I've ever done anything like this so its by no means professional with fancy subtitles and graphics.
