Duffy blames Biden-Buttigieg team for Spirit Airlines collapse after blocked merger.

I'm not sure if a merger would have done any good as both are-were having issues. Maybe JetBlue
can survive by picking up some of the business Spirit had.

For a wealthy person getting 90% of an airline might have seemed like a good deal for $500 million.
I'm guessing many might have looked at the prospect of taking a 90% ownership but maybe after looking at the overall situation knew there was no saving this airline.

Will be interesting to see what kind of passenger increases airlines see now that Spirit is gone.
