Sorry to hear your having issues and hopefully a solution can be found. I'm still using Win 10 and VRS V3 for now. At some point I'll switch to Win 11 but dread making the change as I fear I'll encounter issues like your currently having. I wish you luck is solving this issue for yourself as well as many other who will follow this thread.

Thanks to the other members who have tried helping. A great group of very helpful people on this site.

FYI another user has reported the same persistent splash screen on the 360Radar facebook group

Now solved - Thanks to a suggestion in the VRS Facebook group - Disabling uPnP on the router has fixed it :)
