Error Starting VR

I received this error after installing and running VRS for the first time, does anyone know what file it is referring to?

What version of VRS were you trying to launch?

Latest, just downoaded ad installed.

Have you contacted the author, Andrew?

He's always responded quickly to my emails.

His email address is at the bottom of the VRS Home Page.

All fixed.  The error meant that I already had a web server running on port 80, so I did a re-install and set it to port 8080.
