Data sources for PlaneFinder vs FlightRadar24 vs anything else...

Please excuse my ignorance re data sharing, but I'm seriously confused !!!

I have 2 windows open, One with FR24, the other with PF.
FR24 shows aircraft near Perth, Western Australia with a radar code of T-F4V
I set up a FILTER to only display the F4V radar, and I get aircraft all over the world... Which leads me to believe F4V could be a shared data stream of some kind. I have noticed this with a radar code of NET1 as well.

When I look at PlaneFinder.net I see SIMILAR (but not EXACTLY) the same aircraft near Perth.
There are in fact a lot more visible on PF than on FR24. PF=13 visible, FR24=6 (in the same area of South West WA)

So... Can anyone enlighten me as to what's happening please ?

It's possible that FR24 doesn't have the same local receiver coverage around Perth as Planefinder.

Net1 is the group radar alias for PlaneFinder feeds, as Brain has posted.  T-F4V is probably a similar group alias.
