Squawk Codes for Spain

Does anyone have the squawk codes used for Spain? I'm hoping to use SquawkBox if I can get a copy of a .txt file of them.

The only data I can find is in paragraph 3.4 of section 1.6 of the Spanish AIP which can be found here:
