New (to me) Luftwaffe

I can't find any references to these hex codes:

They are most likely Tactical Codes if they don't fit into any normal sequences. I get around 20 to 30 of this type every day living in Bavaria. They are normally the Tornados or Eurofighters from Lechfeld/Neuberg however the VIP flights also use them from time to time.

VIP use seems most likely as these were detected overflying the eastern United States.
