ELAD Preamp / Coax / Window question!

Couldn't think of a sensible title...

Just moved in to a rented house, for which I'm not allowed to drill any holes etc, etc!

I'm trying to work out the best way to connect my SBS-1ER to my outside aerial which has an ELAD preamp and Westflex 103. I don't have anywhere that I can run the 103 inside the house, have looked everywhere for a suitable hole but no luck.

About all I can come up with is running the fly lead from the SBS with the power lead for the bias-T out through a door shut/windowframe shut and then sealing the bias-T in a waterproof housing of some sort.

Just to add I have no access to any loft space at all so cant have it internally at height. I luckily have a flat roof space above a window roof conversion that I'm going to place a free standing flat roof satellite bracket thingy on, which will get the aerial over the roof line!

Any ideas, suggestions for anyone who has had to deal with such an issue???

I tested the KAL-NLA antenna kit (identical layout to Elad Preamp/BiasT) and had very thin coax with a removable connector.  Save drilling holes.
