Looks like a Cirrus?

A light aircraft has crash-landed in the rear garden of a home in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.

An emergency system onboard the aircraft is believed to have been deployed, releasing a parachute to lower the plane down.

"Pictures taken at the scene showed the single engine Cessna embedded in a tree with its parachute still attached just inches from a children's climbing frame."
