Strange message

For the last few day I have been seeing the following at the bottom of Planeplotter.....

"No data downloaded from Server 2"

I have cycled the arrows, restarted etc, but still it is appearing even though everything works OK and the Network Testing shows that I am uploading and downloading data normally. Any ideas please ?

Have you recently started sharing data with a secondary server such as Flightaware? If so that will be the reason as those servers do not send data back to PP.

Aaah ! Yes, I just started sharing with Flightaware ! Is this a problem then, or something I can just ignore ?

No problem , it is just an advice from the secondary server and doesn't affect the operation of PP.

As Dan mentioned on the yahoo group FA are hoping to introduce new services which might be available to PP FA sharers in the future and this advice indicates that the path is clear.

Thanks for that updated info. It will be interesting to see what else we might see in Planeplotter in the future.
