perfect collinear Antenna?!

The last 2 Times i use that: http://www.balarad.net/ Webseite for the lenght.
All my Antenna i build habe a worst signal. My DVB-T Antenna is bether than the antenne i build. 
But what is wrong the Data or i make a mistake?!

Hello to all,

For me too, the collinear is big enigma.  Well, with a fast search without any analisys, I can see different numbers in this two designs... I made both but anyone work too brilliant...
