HABU55, AE06DD squawking 6767 and cruising at 25000ft.

He wasn't showing his position, but through signal strength and when other users picked him up on PP, I think he crossed Ibiza and then into the Spanish mainland, south of Valencia.

Any ideas?

On http://www.live-military-mode-s.eu/ website AE06DD resolves as

US Navy UC-12F, serial number 163555

Bit of an odd callsign for a UC-12F?

Same callsign/airframe showed on my box just now. According to the Fighter Control forum he's out of RAF Northolt and using CONVOY 7333 as his radio callsign.

Habu refers to a family of venomous snakes that are found in Japan and south-east Asia, sometimes known as the pit viper. The SR-71 Blackbird was sometimes nicknamed the habu after an alleged similarity in resemblance.
