When you installed, you did use the Win 7 drivers and not the XP ones I assume?

Have you fiddled with the gain settings from within PP?

erm have to be honest and say dont know ,i just popped in the disc and of it went,i have checked device manager and pgr has the latest drivers and working fine, although it seems not to work

Triple7

OK, if it was an auto install it should have been OK. I was wondering if you had chosen the drivers manually when you did the "browse my computer for driver software".

Does device manager say 'This device is working properly'?

You said that Comm 3 is the one set for the PGR, is that confirmed in PP via Options>>Mode-S receiver>>PlaneGadget Radar>>Setup  Comm Port?

Also does anything change of you look in Options>>Mode-S receiver>>PlaneGadget Radar>>Setup receiver and then select the factory default settings button?

You are most welcome GED, I for one am glad you found the right forum to ask for help. There are others but they are nowhere near as helpful or friendly as this one.

Happy spotting / watching / decoding or whatever your passion is
