error while trying to install active display lite

when i try install active display on windows 8 i get this error

Did you download the 64 bit version to a temp folder and extract the files before running Setup?

 i extracted it on my c drive then tried and same thing

It looks like a failed install for some reason.

I would eliminate all of the attempted install and try again.

But where AD components are in Windows 8 is beyond me as I don't have a Win 8 PC here.

You could try contacting Gary's daughter at GAS who, I'm told, is going to support AD.
