ModeSDeco is for the RTL-SDR dongles.

According to the thread on Radarspotters about ModeSMixer:

C:\>modesmixer2.exe --inConnect 192.168.0.2:30003 --outServer avr:30048 --outServer sbs10001:10001 --globes 31008:table2:mm2
allows to use source feed in MSG format which will be encoded to streams: AVR ASCII, BaseStation sbs10001 and Globe-S.

I hope the new option may be of interest to users of receivers that have only a MSG output, as ARNB.exe for RadarBox by AirNav® Systems.

Which means an output from port 30003 of ANRB.exe can be converted.

Not tried it nor sure how useful that is.
