Licence Fee Payments

Hi,

I have been advised by our bank that any online credit card payments made in payment of PlanePlotter licence fees made on 13 June, were incorrectly charged a second time by our bank on 16 June.  Any such double charges have already been credited back to the card account but on behalf of our bank I would like to apologise for any inconvenience.  If you were affected by this banking error and the correcting credit has not yet appeared on your card account, it should do so very shortly.

Portugal has very robust laws against defamation or I would have more to say about our bank's performance.
