Is the lack of a "floppy" drive the issue?

No i have the floppy and demod so would it be easy to install say on  laptop running on vista or a computer running on XP? My old Windows 98 has packed up. How do i get the data from the floppy to the computer. Lacking some knowledge with the pc.thanks Anmer  Chimney

If you've got a floppy drive, you just need to copy all the files from the floppy to a new folder on the hard disk or a USB stick.

I wasn't sure if you had a floppy disk drive as they are quite rare (though I have a few here).

Sounds like he doesn't have the disk drive. He has the disk but not the means to read it.

Like you, I have several drives here - not used in a while but one should still be ok!
