Introduction From Barnsley

Hi,

My name is Ian and I have been a plane spotter for years now well before the days of radar when it was scope and notepad.

Since our hobby has expanded with tech I have decided to also expand.

I currently have a dongle that feeds planeplotter and now I know that the Mrs is buying me an SBS 3 for Christmas with my hard earned cash  , I was told to join this forum, so here I am.

I am sure that I will make use of everyone's knowledge when the sbs-3 turns up.

Having managed to set up a dongle and Planeplotter I am hoping that, that's as hard as it gets.

If you've managed to get a dongle working. the SBS-3 should be straightforward.

But ask your questions - someone here should know the answer.
