Active display has gone missing

When ! started my SBS3/AD Pro this morning all was working OK. I had to pop out and had to switch off. When restarting later I had lost the task bar icon for AD and the program would not allow me to start it from within the folder I thought AD was in. Eventually I read through the details and completely decided to uninstall and checked that there was no hint of AD on my PC. I then downloaded a fresh copy of the program (64 bit for my W10 PC) and started the install. It hung up for a while after saying that it could not locate my basestation folder and said it would give me the option to find that file manually. Next It opens Base station but without letting me change the path to my BaseStation folder. I had BS closed at the time. It will allow me to put in my existing licence data (which has six months to run).


Any ideas please?
