Program crashing

I have mode mixer running on my main PC but want to move it to a laptop where my feed is coming from.  I installed XP and updated it and installed the libraries.

modesmixer2_xp.exe just crashes when run.

Modedeco also crashes. Any ideals what would cause it to crash on XP.
