One dead after Clackmannan microlight crash

One person has died in a microlight crash in Clackmannanshire, police have said.

The microlight came down near the village of Kennet, by Clackmannan, at about 14:15.

Central Scotland Police have not yet confirmed whether anyone else was on board the aircraft when it crashed.

A spokeswoman for the force appealed for anyone with information about the incident to contact them.
