Unknown Military Operator Flag

I have been trying to determine the correct country for a flag I have in my BaseStation set. I have looked at loads of flags and sites but I can't nail this one.

It will have come from the SBS Resources set many years ago.

Anyone know which country it's supposed to from be please?

That MN-M was from an early list ( possibly times when filename must not exceed 8 letters )
