Goal line technology

Looking at the football page on the BBC website the following photo is shown, now the ball looks a darn sight closer to being over the line than anything else I have seen up to now, Assou-Ekotto's heel looks to be over the back edge of the line and the ball is further behind that.
What do you think ?
