I still don't see N feeds data and fall as uptime statistics

I emailed FR24 about N-feeds at the weekend.  The person who handles it is away on vacation but he said he'd ask Stockholm to check.

Hi Anmer

Further to my problem not being able to receive premier subscription to FR24, I've just received this
email from FR24 support:

The Business subscription will remain active as long as you are sharing data with Flightradar24. If you stop sharing data, your subscription will be downgraded to Gold after 48 hours. If we have not received data from you for 7 days, your subscription level will return to Basic.


Could you please check if your receiver is connected and working properly.

Is there anyway that with the new FR24 upgrade that I might not be feeding FR24 anymore? Is there a way of checking other then checking on individual flight on the FR24 screen? I haven't changed any settings with my BS or SBS1 Client?

Hi Terry

There appears to be a problem with SBS1 Client feeds which I have previously reported.

But earlier you said "FR24 is showing my feed F-EGKB1 on some aircraft"  "F" is not the same as "N".

Go back to FR24 Support and tell them to check if the "N" feeds are being recognised for Premium subs and mention that I have already reported this to Piotr.

Sorry I think I've confused things my feed has always been   N-EGKB1, not sure where the F came from?

So I take it anyone using the SBS1  client feed has only a basic subscription right now?

I will get back to FR24 and pass on what you've said.

Is there a way I can bypass the client for now and get premier subscription with FR24 until the issue
with the client is fixed?

Hi Terry,

I am having exactly the problem as yourself. Since the upgrade my subscription status shows as Basic even though I am 24/7 feeder via the MMS2 Network (EGGW1).

Despite several emails to FR24 in order to resolve the issue I have yet to receive an explanation or indeed a reply apart from an automated response stating I have been upgraded to Business (even though I haven't!).

Very poor!, I feel like withdrawing my data feed as a protest.

That may be the current situation.  I reported it at the weekend but no one at FR24 has confirmed or otherwise.

You sure can, use any of the alternative feeding options that are available.

That's your choice.  But I don't think it will make much difference.  MMS2 feeds are not as valuable to FR24 as they were in the beginning.

Thanks for the replies.

I've now made another error.

I thought it might be worth upgrading to a newer version of the FR24 feed. Now when I go
to FR24 it shows a yellow explanation mark saying a new software update is available, and I'm really not sure where to start to upgrade or get my old feed software back?

I've downloaded the latest FR24 feed software from their website.

I assume the error message below is because the issue with the MMS Client issue.

When I went through the set up it ask me for port settings non of which were the same as the client
ones so I selected no to ports?

I'm connecting via a USB cable.

I'm now just using the local mode of the MMS Client and using my old FR24 feed program and my
FR24 subscription has changed to business membership!

I would still like to use the Client, so will that be possible when FR24 have sorted the issue with
N feeds? I'm now showing as T-EGKB35 and the N feed is showing as inactive.
