Hi
Looking for help to setup sbs3 on Ethernet cable on virgin superhub,
have basestation and pp running on usb.

Any help Thks

How far have you got?

Check your local IP address range.  Run a CMD window and then type in Ipconfig.  Make a note of the address, probably 192.168.1.nnn or 192.168.0.nnn.

The default IP address of the SBS-3 should be 192.168.1.170.  If your local address range is 192.168.0.nnn you need to change the SBS-3 IP address to 192.168.0.170.

To do this connect by USB and then go to Settings->Non Volatile Memory Settings and change the IP address.  Then go to Settings->Hardware Settings and change the IP address on the Network tab.

Close Basestation and then remove USB cable and connect Ethernet cable to router.  You will also need an external power supply for the SDBS-3.  Then launch Basestation.
