I have SBS 1er running along with AD Lite and have a couple of questions.

Is the data shown generally logged in the southern half of UK or a large coverage?

What I dont really understand is the AD data. I am thinking it gets saved in Basestation data base and matched to
aircraft data received in BS and used for subsequent decoding?

Are you able to view any of the aircraft shown in AD in BS?

AD Lite is processing your local data.  So whatever coverage you have from your SB-1eR that's recording flights in your BaseStation.sqb database, AD Lite can handle.

AD Lite lets you update/populate your local data with aircraft personalisation.  Remember your SBS-1eR is processing "raw" Mode-S data that doesn't transmit aircraft reg, type, owner etc.

I didn't realise that AD Lite processes the local data.
Thanks for the reply - things are a lot more clear now.
