Good Evening Gents

For the past two week i have been trying to install Basestation on a WIN 10 laptop without success.
I would be most greatfull if anyone can offer some assistance.
The details,
OS Windows 10 home version 1607
64-bit OS,x64-based processor

I have downloaded a new copy of Basestation-1-2-4-184-CDROM and extracted it to a new folder c:\basestation i then installed it to c:Program Files (x86) Kinetic Basestation the default and it always comes up with the following screen shot, see below.

So Gents any help will be most gratefully received, i have team viewer if required.

Many thanks

Try downloading and installing the FTD drivers from here:
http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/D2XX.htm

The ones that come with Basestation are probably out of date  :'(

Hi Steve

Install BaseStation to a new folder, such as C:/Kinetic.  Avoid using the default location offered by Windows.

Then connect to your SBS and run Setup.  If everything works OK, you can consider copying any old files such as BaseStation.ini, sqb etc.
Here to Help.
