I ordered a photobook from Paris which I needed quickly so I decided to opt for the DHL EXPRESS 24 hour service which cost me about four times what a normal postal service would have been.
My shipment was picked up at Orly on Thursday afternoon, at the time of writing this message my tracking info looks like this...............

Unacceptable level of service, but I've found that if you give DHL the evidence that they've cocked up you'll get your postage returned, and (usually), a voucher for the next time you use their service.
