Good Morning Mike-Trail length,about 40mm., is consistent with a 90 second time out I believe.
                           On the second point should this option be enabled or disabled?

Extended trail lines can hammer the CPU but your setting should be fine.

Maybe there's some database corruption as you say any add-on exacerbates the proble.  I'm assuming these add-ons access the Basestation.sqb file?

I assume yes to your query in as much that they are all installed via Vista default with the exception of F.D. which you may recall you kindly installed manually for me some while ago.

Close Basestation, rename the active Basestation.sqb to "basestation.sqb.old" and then restart Basestation.  This will create an empty, new sqb file.

Then start FD and see if you get the problem?  You can always revert back to the old sqb file by deleting the new one and changing the name back.

Thank you for that suggestion I tried this and now am unable to open BaseStation it hangs at "Opening database" and a error window indicates "EDDatabase error.no such tableDB Info"
I suspect,predictably,that I renamed the incorrect sqb file and I am now struggling as to how to find the original file.Any suggestions please?
