New to this pastime, I blame BigRed for getting me involved  ,
I am 3km from Townsville Airport (YBTL) and when standing on my roof, look at the control tower and main runway.
I will post some photos later of my loaner set up.
Using SBS-1eR and a BS1105 ADS anntena on a 3 foot pole on top of my roof.
I can 'see' the aircraft on Base Station as soon as they power up to taxi away from the terminal.
I am YBTL3 on MMS2 and JT on PlanePlotter.

A very big thanks to Anmer for his expert help in getting Planeplotter working correctly for me
